A chest x-ray is required when the tuberculous blood tests results are reported positive. A chest x-ray is mandatory of all persons diagnosed with HIV regardless of a negative TB blood test.
Vaccinations:
Documentation of vaccination history will be reviewed in order to determine compliance with the CDC/USCIS vaccination guidelines.
Supplemental Medical Reports:
An additional medical evaluation and medical records review report may be requested by the Department of Homeland Security to determine whether a Class “A” or Class “B” condition exists in cases where there is a history of drug or alcohol abuse, violent behavior or mental illness.
